Built-In Appliance Repair Miami & Fort Lauderdale
Sub-Zero columns, Wolf ranges, Thermador steam ovens, Miele. Appliances that were built into the kitchen rather than delivered to it — we diagnose them properly and leave the room the way we found it.
Diagnostic fee is waived when you proceed with the repair.
The set point a built-in column is meant to hold. When it drifts and stays drifted, the fault is usually in the sealed system — refrigerant work that only an EPA 608 certified technician may legally perform.

What we service
Refrigeration & Cooking Repair — Miami
Built-in and integrated only. If it was installed with the cabinetry and cannot simply be pulled out and swapped, it is what we work on.
Refrigeration columns & drawers
Sealed system work, evaporator and defrost circuits, blocked drains, door seals on panelled fronts.
Wine cabinets & beverage centers
Temperature drifting off setting, dual-zone control, compressor and seal work on undercounter units.
Dual-fuel & professional ranges
Igniters that click without lighting, clogged burner ports, oven elements and control boards.
Wall & steam ovens
Steam generators, temperature sensors, door latches stuck after a self-clean cycle.
Integrated dishwashers
Drain pumps, spray arms, film left on glassware, door seals behind a custom cabinet panel.
Ice machines & undercounter refrigeration
Empty bins, hollow cubes, inlet valves, ice maker modules, undercounter condensers.
Symptoms
What it usually turns out to be
Tell us what the appliance is doing and we can usually name the likely area before anyone drives out. It shortens the visit and it tells you whether this is a part or a system.
Not cooling, the freezer column still cold
Evaporator fan or defrost circuit
Frost building at the back of the compartment
Defrost heater or thermostat
Water pooling under a drawer
Blocked defrost drain
Runs constantly and never cycles off

This is what we usually find, not a diagnosis. The point is to tell you early whether you are looking at a part or at the sealed system, because those are two different conversations about cost.
If you can smell gas, call your gas utility first and leave the appliance alone. That call comes before ours, every time.
A repair, start to finish
Drag to see the difference
One job from this month. Same camera position, same light, nothing staged between the two frames.
Inside the visit
How we work in a finished kitchen
A panelled front is joinery before it is an appliance. Most of the care goes into the room, not the machine.
The kitchen comes first, then the appliance.
An integrated column is fitted to the millwork within a millimetre or two. Getting it out and back without a mark on the cabinetry is a different job from replacing a freestanding machine, and it is the part clients actually worry about.
Protection before tools
Floor and adjacent cabinetry are covered before a single panel comes off.
Custom fronts refitted
Panels come off and go back to their original alignment and reveal, not approximately.
Building paperwork first
COI and vendor registration go to management before the truck leaves, not at your door.
Nothing left behind
Packaging and old parts leave with us. The room looks the way it did when we arrived.
Coverage
Three counties, one crew
Listed by county rather than as one long list, so you can see where you sit relative to us. Distance changes the arrival window, and we would rather you knew that before you called.

Not on the list? Call and ask. The list is where we work most weeks, not a fence — but we will tell you honestly if you are far enough out that the window gets wide.
Buildings & condos
Certificate of insurance naming the association and management as additional insured, vendor registration filed, service elevator booked ahead, quiet hours observed.
Gated communities
Vendor pass arranged with the guard house before the visit, so nobody is left waiting at the gate — you or us.
Seasonal residents
A check before you fly down, and a look over everything before the house closes for the summer. Ice makers and wine cabinets are what usually fail while nobody is home.
Questions
What people ask before they call
Nine of them, so you do not have to ask any of it on the phone. Open whichever apply.
Do you charge for the diagnostic?
There is a diagnostic fee, and it is waived when you proceed with the repair. You are told the figure before anyone is scheduled, not on the doorstep.
Are you an authorized Sub-Zero or Thermador service center?
No. We are an independent service company, not affiliated with or authorized by any manufacturer. If your appliance is still inside its factory warranty, call the manufacturer first — using an independent shop can void what you already have. Once that warranty is out, an independent is usually faster and costs less.
Can you work on the sealed system, or only swap parts?
Sealed system work — anything that opens the refrigerant circuit — is done by EPA 608 certified technicians. That is a federal requirement, not a preference, and it is the line that separates a real refrigeration repair from replacing whatever is easy to reach.
How long do parts take?
It depends entirely on the brand. Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Monogram parts move quickly. Miele and Gaggenau run through a narrower channel and can take longer. You get the realistic timeline before we start the work, not after the appliance is already apart.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labor covered for 6 months. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we return and it costs you nothing.
Will you take off my custom cabinet panel?
Yes, when the repair needs it. The floor and the adjacent cabinetry are covered first, and the panel goes back to its original alignment and reveal. On an integrated column that refit is a real part of the job, not an afterthought.
My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you handle that?
Yes. Tell us the building and we send the COI naming your association and management as additional insured, complete the vendor registration and book the service elevator before the visit. It is routine here — most of our work is in buildings that require it.
My appliance is fifteen years old. Is it worth repairing?
Often yes — a built-in column or a professional range is built to be rebuilt, and replacing one means replacing cabinetry too. But not always. If the repair does not make sense against what the appliance has left, we will tell you that and charge you for the diagnostic only.
Can you come while I am out of state?
Yes. We coordinate access with your management office, concierge or property manager, and report back with photographs of what was found and what was done. Ice makers and wine cabinets are the two that usually fail while nobody is home.

Tell us what it is doing
You do not need to know what is wrong — what you see, what you hear and roughly when it started is enough. The more specific it is, the better the truck is stocked when it arrives.
A description beats a diagnosis.
